"Steel Forest" is a window display installation for the 2024 holiday season, presented at Dover Street Market in London. The spatial design reimagines traditional fir trees through the use of upcycled industrial stainless steel sheets. It transforms the storefront into a fi r forest, abstracted through sleek steel cones. It interrogates the Christmas tree as a cultural signifier, revealing its shift from organic archetype to mass-produced commodity. Illuminated by an intricate play of lighting that interacts with the reflective surfaces, the storefront becomes an ever-changing display of shadows and reflections.
