BUCKLE is a stool developed through a process of reuse and reinterpretation, using only reclaimed materials such as old leather belts and steel offcuts. The structure directly integrates the belts, which are tensioned using their original buckle mechanisms. Through iterative prototyping, the design evolved to include a T-shaped crossbar and an additional tension belt. Together, these elements ensure structural stability while minimizing the transformation of the materials. BUCKLE demonstrates how discarded, cost-free elements can be reactivated as a coherent object and given a new purpose.
